You can send SMS to any mobile in Egypt. by this site www.mooga.com
you can enter the site and Click on SMS icon and chose the country and write the number u wanna send ur SMS to
or if you have ICQ Program it's was work before . but i don't know if it's still send SMS to Egypt or no..
