We recently dined in KFC Shobra Street Cairo and had negative experience. So on my return to UK I complained to KFC international about that. . I was told by my Egyptian friends that I have wasted my time when I told them I complained.

To my surprise I receive an apologetic reply came from KFC Egypt within 48 hours. Moreover the chairman of KFC contacted me at home with profound apology and offered me a complement feast when I am back to Egypt

Obviously I did not waist my time.

حادثة طريفة

في زياتنا الأخيرة تناول الغداء في مطعم كنتاكي في شارع شبرا القاهرة وكانت تجربة سلبية وغير مريحة. لذا عند عودتي إلى بريطانيا قدمت شكوى خطية عن طريق الموقع لعالمي KFC في هذا الشأن. .لكن قال لي الاصدقاء من مصرانني اهدر وقتي عندما قلت لهم انني اشتكيت.

لدهشتي في الحصول على اعتذار جاء الرد من كنتاكى- مصر في غضون 48 ساعة. وعلاوة على ذلك رئيس كنتاكي -مصر اتصل بي في المنزل مع الاعتذار العميق وقدم لي عرضا لوليمة عندما أعود ثانية إلى مصر

من الواضح أنني لم اضيع وقتي.

Unfortunately this is on of our main weakness as Egyptians,...sorrrrrrrrrrry... we fail before we even try.... all international companies do take customer complains very serious.
