مشكلتي في الprinter..
احيانا لا يطبع يسحب الورق لكن تخرغ فاضيه
لك مش في كل الاحوال..لكن اساسا لو عايز آطبع من الوورد
جربت كل حاجه اشيل السوفت وير و آثبته تاني
اعمل update
رحت علي البرنتير...و جربت آطبع Test page
طبع و زي الفل...مش قادر اعرف في ايه
نسيت اقول لكم البرنترمتصل بالكومبيوتر ب Usb

طاب اول حاجه اتاكد من وثلة usb وبعدين لو سليمة اتاكد من اسطوانة البرنتر هى هى ولا اصدار تانى

حاول تشيل تعريف الطابعة من الويندوز الاول و بعدين restart ثم تنزيل ثم restart و مهم جدا تعمل كل خطوة و بعدها اعادة تشغيل.

حاول تجيب احدث درايفر للطابعة من على النت.

السؤال الاول المشكلة دي موجودة لما بتحاول تطبع من جميع البرامج والا من ورد بس؟ ولو كان كده ياريت تقول نسخة ورد دي كام؟
السؤال الثاني المطبعة ماركتها ايه؟

المشكلة دي بتبقي موجودة عادة مع مطبعة HP ومع ورد فقط والحل لها تنزيل تعديل من موقع الميكروسوفت.

افهم من كده ان المشكلة دي مع الوورد بس؟

In the printer menu, go to Configure Device and press the (Select) button.

Scroll down to System Setup and press the (Select) button.

Scroll down to Jam Recovery and press the (Select) button.

Use the up or down buttons to scroll to ON. Jam Recovery is set to AUTO by default and will need to be changed to ON.

Press the (Select) button to save the setting.

There are print jobs stuck in the print spooler. The Windows test page from the General tab on the driver can print because it bypasses the spooler. To free up the spooler and let print jobs through or allow for the print driver to be deleted, clear out the files in the spooler.

To delete the spool files in Microsoft Windows XP

Stop the spooler
Click Start, Control Panel, Performance and Maintenance, Administrative Tools, then Services.

Scroll down the list of services for Print Spooler.

Right click Print Spooler and Stop.

Delete the spool files.
Click My Computer.

Go to C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS\ .

Delete all of the files inside this folder.

NOTE: If the spooler is working correctly, this folder should be empty when the computer is not printing. It normally deletes these files out of this folder after they have been sent to the printer. Deleting files that are stuck can free up the spooler and allow it to continue normal operation.
