One point though.... Our grandfathers who were martyred were not martyred because of their political views, or because they were against the Roman Empire, they were martyred because they refused to leave Christ. We continued to be martyred for refusing to be muslims since the 7th century. It was not a politicval struggle. That's why we don't call, with all due respect to the brave men, of Bashmoryeen in Domiat martyrs of the church.
I am for getting back our lost country and re-establishing our coptic identity, and it will happen because it is a prophecy in the bible, book of Isiah. Till that happens, I think the best way is to try to build influence in the USA similar to the jewish influence. Copts have been and will always be very successful in the immigration countries, and with some unity it can happen. We should not become like arabs, who can't unit. We are a better breed and should be able to unit our forces.

Having said that, I cannot ask my brothers in Egypt to carry the gun for me and kill themselves. I don't see it as an effective method, and I have no authority to ask them that while I am outside the country, safe . It is not fair.
