DESIGNER
Duties, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Exercises independent judgment to perform office furniture layout design using
(AutoCAD 2004 or above and Cap Studio 2).
• Designing layouts with a standard 3D library of office furniture.
• Assumes responsibility for overall completion of design and related task for
assigned projects.
• Develops furniture block plan, space plan, fabric I finish palette, final
furniture specifications and installation drawings.
• Creates graphic presentation (hard copy) of design using assigned design
software. Graphic tools: 3max, Photoshop, illustrator, in design are all plus.
• Bachelor’s degree from accredited four-years college, university
(architectural or interior design school)
.2 years work experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of furniture systems and electrical/cabling issues is a
plus.
SALES ACCOUNT REPRESNETATIVE
Duties, Qualifications, and Experience:
• Develops and maintains a sales strategy for all principal target accounts.
• Develops and implements a market plan for all assigned accounts.
. Achieves contract and commodity Furniture revenue and gross margin
in a defined territory.
• Prospects the local marketplace for new furniture business opportunities.
• Develops accurate price quotations.
