A Hearts Love
By: Kathleen Bracher
People hustling, bustling everywhere.
Off to their own places, seemingly without a care.
Yet as I stand here gazing,
My heart is appraising
The truth in their eyes.
They are alone.
They are forgotten.
Did they ever hear Your
?
Jesus, who will stop them?
Who will help their falling lives?
Those souls at Hell's door appear
Yet who for them sheds a tear?
Did not the Savior say,
"Have compassion on the multitude on this redemption day?"
Slowly I turn,
Just a time, a place to learn.
That my mission is vital.
My task great.
