We recently dined in KFC Shobra Street Cairo and had negative experience. So on my return to UK I complained to KFC international about that. . I was told by my Egyptian friends that I have wasted my time when I told them I complained.
To my surprise I receive an apologetic reply came from KFC Egypt within 48 hours. Moreover the chairman of KFC contacted me at home with profound apology and offered me a complement feast when I am back to Egypt
Obviously I did not waist my time.
