specializing in marine paints, protective coatings for steel and concrete, and
decorative paints. They have an urgent requirement for a technically-equipped
sales executive for their Doha, Qatar branch:
SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - PROTECTIVE COATINGS - Ref. No. JRE1266
Reporting to the General Manager, role holder will be accountable for the
commercial responsibilities in his job dimension. He will be tasked to follow up
on major projects in his area and prospect for new potential accounts, within
guidelines set by the Area Manager. He will be responsible for servicing of
customer accounts within the agreed budget frame work, issue quotation and
specifications to customers, coordinate technical seminars & special application
functions for customers, give advice on specifications to customers, handle
customer complaints, liaise support staff for order processing & delivery and
collection of outstanding balance. He will monitor competitors' activities,
introduce new products into the market place, whenever appropriate, and
undertake any other duties, as required by General Manager. Ideal candidate is
on a graduate level, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience in protective
coatings. He must have good technical background and have dealt with major
contractors, sub contractors, O&G companies and consultants. He should be able
to work in an international, multi-cultural environment and with good command of
English language

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent with a minimum of 3
years' experience in IT/Telco sales or Customer Service. Must have the ability
to manage the sales cycle and structure problems/ resolve issues by applying
strong analytical skills. Will be responsible to proactively sell new products
and services and actively execute sales campaigns. Fluency in English is a must.
