I also heard of some place called AmidEast or something like that. One of my friends in Egypt won the lottery this year and he is taking English courses there. He says that he is learning a lot from there.

If you really wanna learn the American accent, you should watch the American movies and T.V. , like Oprah and Dr. Phil and so. This is gonna give you the best idea about the accent and idioms used in America. That's what I basically did to learn the American accent when I was in Egypt.

It would also help to speak English with Americans if you know any.
