I Asked a Computer Information system professor a bout that way, and he told me it is risky to ur computer. The best way to fasten up ur computer is empty ur cookies in ur computer and u do that if u have window XP 2000
by first click on explore then choose ur name file, then choose cookies and empty all the cookies expect the index file (because that is how ur computer works with)
so try it and see but that way above is risky for ur computer
