Dear Babylonian,
I agree with all you said about Islam, however, I think that talking about this issue in this way, specially from a Bishop, will have adverse effects on us as copts.
I see everything Bishop Tomas said as simple historic facts, but Muslims perceive it as an attack on their culture, and more importantly, their religion

We need to be wiser in handling this delicate issue, and I don't think criticising Islam , though it does deserve every criticism, will get us anywhere other than more violence against our families..
Those Muslims, with all due respect, have no brains. Arguments are not for them, anything is an insult to them and their fragile religion.
I enjoy reading everything you write here on the Forum, by the way.
