important question in immigration
We are a family consist of husband, wife and Child his age one year I received the D.V -2005 letter and its contain 6 (six) forms
• Only 1 (one) form DSP – 122 • Only 3 (three) from DS – 230 Part I • Only 2 (two) from DS – 230 Part II We fill the forms as the following: - I am (husband) fill 3 (three) forms Form DSP - 122 Form DS – 230 Part I Form DS – 230 Part II My Wife Fill 2 (Two) Forms Form DS – 230 Part I Form DS – 230 Part II I fill to my son 1 (one) form (Form DS – 230 Part I) because I do not find form DS – 230 Part II to him As well as his age one year Do you need a form DS –230 part II to my son in order to complete Our forms???? If yes from anywhere can I obtain this form? If I have a photocopy to this form can I fill it then I send it to Kentucky consular center to attachment it with our forms? Can I send it by e-mail or must send it by airmail
