فكرة رائعة يا خواجه بس يا تري مين بيفهم في الحاجات دي؟ للأسف أنا لا أفقه أي شئ في الاقتصاد. يا ترى ممكن حد بيفهم في الحاجات دي ياخد initiative ويتبنى الموضوع ده؟

for your smart and positive thinking. I have a little knowledge about the subject and I will put share this with you, as a start

.

We need to have a good idea as where the Head Quarter or the head office should be, in my view this will need to be either in

:

In my view, the Expertises and Legal environment will dictate the Head Quarter or the head office location. We could have some braches in other countries including Egypt of course, but the head office needs to be outside of Egypt to have an international flexibility. We probably need to have few opinions around this

.

Once the first decision is made, we defiantly will need at least 4 -5 teams in deferent areas such as

:

1)

Legal & Commercial advisers in the Head Quarters and in Egypt

.

2)

Commercial and Broker Advisers in the Head Quarters and in Egypt

.

I can help in this area

3)

IT and Communications team

.

4)

Accountants and Auditors team

.

Once we get the teams, we will have few meeting to organise the Bank main investment activities and strategies. Once the Bank strategies and objectives are set

, the teams ( Comity) will need to chose the board of the directors and Chairman normally between

6-9

people including 3 Executives officers. Executive Offices will be CEO (Chef Executive Officer),CFO (Chef Financial Officer) & CIO (Chef Information Officer) as well as the company secretary (Legal Officer). This will be the first mile stone. I think it will take us from 4-6 months to get to this point

.

The directors will start issuing what is known as the prospectors and rase part of the Capital under the new legal business name. Before the share is floated, the Directors will have the legal responsibility and obligations for the prospectors they issue to the financial markets. The Bank directories will be responsible for floating the Bank into the financial markets and will remain until the 1st General Meeting after the float. Based on the directors reports to the market and their financial and previse expertises the Brokers we give some guide around the potential share price. Once we get to this stage, this will be the second mile stone. I expecte this will take 3-6 months after the 1st mile stone

we would be able to invest in any activities any where in the world including Egypt. Their are few sectors in Egypt where we can generate a good and high return in both long and short term investments, such Home Loans, Real state , Foods & restaurants chains + small business... caffes, smal departments stores, also supermarkets shops as well as Gold Shops. Once we get to this stage, I can give a good list of business mangers and people who can do a briliate job in Egypt. [/RIGHT]

Are we ready for a long battle which will take 12 months to get the dream into reality. if we can organise a successful Coptic conference then we definitely can organize a successful International COPTIC BANK. WE CAN DO IT. YES WE CAN

الموضوع ده تم طرحه من حوالى 5 سنوات من خلال احد المليونيرات الأقباط فى أمريكا
كل ما اقابله اقول له ايه حكاية البنك يقول لى لسه شغال فيه
الرجل عنده دراسة مستفيضة عن البنك ، بل عن كيفية اصدار العملة القبطية فى المستقبل ( عندا فى الغفير غلباوى بطيخة)
((((((وده طبعا بعد إعلان حكومة قبطية فى المهجر ، ياللا يا غفير بطيخة روح قول لهم يا حق الأقباط يا دولة مستقلة فى موزمبيق غصبا عن اللواء شمام بن أبى نفخه))))

آخر ما زهقت منه قلت له يا عم لو عايز دهب مستعد اجيب لك الحلقان بتاعة الحريم بتاعنا يا بوى بس خلصنا ونفذ فكرتك دى اللى دوشتنا بيها.
طبعا بنك كهذا لابد ان يكون خارج سيطرة حكومات الإسلام فى المنطقة ، بمعنى ان مركزه الرئيسى لازم يكون خارج مصر
ويمكن عمل اتحاد بينه وبين اى بنك مصرى موجود بالفعل كبديل وكحماية لاستهدافه بواسطة الارهاب الحكومى او الاسلامى ، وعشان ما يتنهبش بالأساليب الملتوية من عماله اللى بيؤمنوا ان اموال ال***** غنيمة

يعنى الفكرة جيدة جدا ، يبقى فقط تنفيذها

عموما انا عندى خطة بديلة ، وهى بما ان الأقباط لا يتحركون الا خلف الكنيسة فأنا قررت اتمسكن لغاية ما يرشحونى أسقف عام على كل امريكا ، يعنى أخترق الكنيسة من الداخل بدل ما هى مخترقة من مباحث أمن الدولة والمخابرات المصرية

بعدها ها أجمع الاقتصاديين الأقباط وأقول لهم عايز خطة ما تخرش الميه لبنك قبطى تكون عندى بعد شهر
وأجمع الأطباء واقول لهم : عايز مشروعات لمستشفيات تستثمروا فيها اموالكم اللى زى الرز اللى شايلينها فى البنوك
وأجمع مليونيرات الأقباط وأخليهم ينشأوا مدارس قبطية فى أمريكا تنافس أفضل المدارس الكاثوليكية وستكون بمثابة مشروعات استثمارية تدر عليهم بدخل كبير

...... الخ
مجرد أحلام ، بس اصبروا على لما ابقى أسقف وانا ها اشد بتوع المسكنة كلهم من ودانهم أو أنفيهم للصحرا
